Qualifications

Education -bachelor degree or above, major in finance, accounting or other related major, MBA is a plus.

Experience –with at least 10 years of post-graduation experience,gained in multinationals, and comprehensive accounting professional theoryknowledge. A CPA, ACCA, HKCPA or the qualification is preferred.

Skill, Knowledge and Abilities – familiar with financial regulations at home and abroad,, and the domestic and international financial accounting standards(especiallyUS General Accepted Accounting Standards), financial and capital marketoperation rules.

Professional tools Skills–have a wealth of financial management, financialplanning, financing and capital market operation experience; strong financialanalysis, decision making and judgment; strong cost management, risk controland financial analysis ability.

Organizational Skills–with good coordination, organization and communication skills; can workindependently under pressure; strong sense of responsibility and good professional ethics andbusiness ethics reputation.
