August 9, 2014 to 10, the theme of "Reform and Innovation: China's HR development and management is facing new    challenges" in the 15th annual conference and academic seminar of China's Association of Human Resource Development Teaching and Practicing (CHRDTP) in Kunming, Yunnan province was held.

Executive director of our company Ms. Yang was invited to attend the event, depth to participate in the academic discussion, and share case building entitled "Commercial Bank Branch Performance Management Reform". Ms. Yang pointed out that the current domestic case teaching more use cases abroad, domestic local human resources teaching case is very scarce, and for raising the quality of the course and effect, the experts and scholars and professionals should pay attention to promote the development of the local case.

From domestic and international universities, research institutions, enterprises and government departments and so on more than 300 human resources experts, scholars and professionals attended the meeting. Everybody in China's HRM theory and practice of innovation and development, HR, innovation and development of the curriculum and teaching of extensive and in-depth discussion, fully shows the development and management of HR at domestic and international the latest research progress and the latest achievements in teaching and practice, the meeting has achieved a great success.
