Responsibilities：

l         According to company standard process, analysis the recruitment needs of clients and formulate talent search program, organize and implement the talent recommendation in accordance, coordination and promote the candidates for interviews, back adjustable, salary negotiation and posting;

l         Tracking service client and candidate matching integration, enhance the satisfaction of both sides;

l         In-depth excavate the recruitment needs of clients, maintaining client relations, and develop new client;

l         In the field of recruitment to provide clients with professional advice, provide candidates with career development advice and guidance;

l         Update the database in time, complete the work assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

l         Bachelor degree or above;

l         More than 2 years’ work experience, has executive search industry, human resources or related sales experience is preferred;

l         Excellent communication and coordination, execution, implementation ability, and good client service skills;

l         Self motivated, optimistic, cheerful, result oriented, good team cooperation spirit and sense of responsibility and professional ethics;

l         Standard mandarin and fluent English.
